Our Management Team
Patience Durrant
An expert in the Health and Social care with a career spanning over 20 years in this sector.
She started from the bottom rising through the ranks to hold the position of Deputy Managing Director for Care Home. Her experience covers looking after a range of client conditions including Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Autistic etc
Personally, she pursued and completed a number of courses in the Health and Social Care sector including obtaining a Diploma in Health Care with Distinction at Northampton University.
She is an entrepreneur herself before leaving her native Ghana in 1998 she pursued a number of involvement, championing women in business and her efforts and influence were recognised in Ghana. This led her to be nominated to represent her country in South Africa at a business conference for ‘’All Africa Women in Business.’’
Patience has a heart to help the less privileged and continues to do that through sponsor and running an orphanage in her native Ghana.
Edward Durrant
Founder Chairman
A veteran of the Health and Social care sector with over 40 years health and social care working experience under his belt working across several fields and held various positions.
Edward Durrant is a veteran of the Health and Social care sector. He worked across the whole Midlands and knows it like the back of his hand. He has over 40 years health and social care working experience under his belt working across several fields and held various positions, leading teams, working as an Assessor and before retiring worked as a House Manager. His area of specialty was working with people with Autism and Learning difficulties.
Edward is fond of training staff to deliver the best care possible for clients. To this very day he continues to pursue the same ambition to see all Ladees Care Ltd staff undertaking the best training and receive hands on mentoring and guidance from Edward.
Julie Durrant
An accounting graduate from Lincoln University.
Julie Durrant is an accounting graduate from Lincoln University. Her job experience includes with organisations such as Barclays bank and JP Morgans in the accounting field. Julie combines her youth and energy with her in depth knowledge of accounting to serve as our Accounts Manager.
